Florez backed up her nice performance Sunday with another doozy on Thursday, dropping 28 FPs on a very balanced 13/6/7 line. She got 27 minutes running the show, compared to Amoore's 13 minutes. It's seeming like Johnson might be looking for Florez from here on out as the starting one which is why we are boosting her to a viable stream option with potential to be an add if the trend continues.

Florez returned from a 5-game absence (save for a brief entrance in the 2nd of the set with Minnesota) with a major role in Sunday's 4-OT thriller. The Mystics elevating her from a developmental roster spot at the start of June suggests they see her as an important piece. The less heralded Spaniard certainly had priority minutes over fellow rookies McMahon and Dugalic today, so we're keeping an eye on it.
